First-release notice · Updated October 12, 2026

What Not A Concierge provides

Not A Concierge is an early-release directory and inquiry platform for adults aged 18 and over. We connect travelers with independently operated concierge and travel businesses. We do not provide travel services or act as the booking provider.

Listings and availability

Business applications are reviewed before publication. Listing approval does not mean a business is independently certified, insured, or guaranteed by NAC. Information is supplied by businesses and may change. A travel request does not guarantee a match or a response.

Your arrangements

Discuss availability, suitability, prices, cancellation conditions, and payments directly with the business you choose. This release does not take bookings or process payments. Agree on the details with the provider before committing.

Your account and contributions

Use accurate information and submit business listings only when you are authorized to represent them. Do not send spam, impersonate others, or post unlawful or misleading content. You give us permission to display approved listing information and share inquiries with the intended business and NAC team to operate the service.

Moderation and the first release

We may decline or remove listings that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or unrelated to the directory. Features may change as the platform develops. Paid memberships and AI assistance are not available in this release, and we do not charge for them.
